When I was a kid, I was in love with worlds that I would find in cartoons, video games, and movies (I wasn't into books until my teenager years). When I encountered a map, I would always wonder what was beyond the mountains, what was hidden from me and for me. The possibilities of the undiscovered always sound magical, cosmic. When I finished a movie or a video game, I would get disappointed when something (or everything) was explained, and I'll always love when there were things that weren't actually explored: what was that
I especially loved ruins.
