I'm Rodrigo Tello, an interface designer, artist, and enterpreneur.

I work full-time as a product designer at Tailscale, and I run my own companies: Hopscotch, a programming environment for art, games, and animation, where I'm the designer, creative director, and product architect; Friendly Software, a interaction design and digital art studio, where we release our own products and video games and work with selected clients; [animation platform], an animation streaming platform for independent and experimental animation, where I'm founder, designer and developer; and I'm the co-founder and industrial designer of [bicycle computers], where we produce high-quality hand-made single-purpose computers.

In my art practice I work with painting, comics, useless objects, and experimental animation, like the series The Kingdom of Infinite Boredom. I'm an author and illustrator of the children's books Blue, Girl and monster, and Girl likes drawing.

I'm an educator and organizer at Red Mexicana de Computacion, a tech support group for low-income families, and Otromundo, an free online tech school for Latin America.
