Kei and Rodrigo website development agreement

AGREEMENT

Kei Watanabe:

1. 1. I will provide as much detail and information as possible in the form of visuals, direction and/or text etc.
2. 2. I will (If possible) do basic research on any changes, additions etc to the website. This can be in the form of samples, examples, resources, chat gpt answers etc.
3. 3. I will learn along the way to make small edits and changes to the website, together with Rodrigo.
4. 4. Be cute :)

Rodrigo Tello:

1. 1. I will provide clear but comprehensive context about the a) current status of our technology and b) additions and changes required to achieve design goals — aka design and tech options.
2. 2. I will do the main programming (aka development) of the site.
3. 3. I will cowork aka "pair programming" — ie. we'll have video calls dedicated to work on creations, additions, and edits on their website — with Kei on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on both's schedule, on their website.

This agreement might be subject to change only upon prior agreement of both parties after a verbal conversation detailing the changes.
