  • West System 105 Epoxy Resin
  • West System 205 Fast Hardener
  • Plastic Mixing Cups with measurement markings
  • Stir Sticks (wooden or plastic)
  • Disposable Gloves (Nitrile or latex)
  • Putty Knife or Trowel
  • Sandpaper (various grits)
  • Acetone or Rubbing Alcohol
  • Foam Brushes or Rollers
  • Drop Cloth or Plastic Sheeting
  • Epoxy-Compatible Colorant (optional)


  • 404 High-Density Filler (for structural filling)
  • 410 Microlight (for easily sandable surface)


  1. Prepare the area by cleaning it with acetone or rubbing alcohol. Make sure it is dry.
  2. Put on disposable gloves for protection.
  3. Measure 5 parts of 105 Epoxy Resin to 1 part 205 Fast Hardener into a mixing cup.
  4. Stir thoroughly with a stir stick.
  5. If adding color, mix in epoxy-compatible colorant until desired hue is achieved.
  6. Apply the mixture using a putty knife or trowel.
  7. Allow to cure as per the hardener specifications.
  8. Once cured, sand the area to level it with the surrounding floor.
  9. Clean the area and finish it to match the rest of the floor.
